StreamVault provides a technology platform that delivers internet-protocol television (IPTV) streams, including live channels and on-demand content, to compatible end-user devices. The Service includes:

• A software client or compatible application for use on supported devices.
• Optional value-added features such as catch-up TV and electronic program guide (EPG).

We may modify, add, or remove channels, features, or content at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific channel, program, or feature.

3. Your Account

To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, related systems, or networks.
• Use multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotional offers.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this section, including reporting such conduct to law enforcement authorities.

5. Subscription, Pricing, and Billing

5.1 Plans

Subscription plans and pricing are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect your current active subscription period.

5.2 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. We reserve the right to limit, modify, or discontinue free trials at any time, and to refuse free trials to users who have previously used one.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal fee.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except as required by law or described in our Refund Policy.

5.5 Taxes

Subscription fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

6. Content and Copyright

The Service provides access to streams that are sourced from third parties. We do not host, store, or transmit the underlying audiovisual content on our own servers. We expect users to comply with the copyright laws of their jurisdiction.

You may not redistribute, reproduce, or publicly perform any content accessed via the Service without the authorization of the rights holder. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please see our DMCA Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability (99.7% target uptime), but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events may affect availability.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including (without limitation) if we believe that you have breached these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

For material changes, we will attempt to notify you via the email associated with your account or via a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
