Note: StreamVault is a technology platform. The streams delivered through the Service are sourced from third parties. We do not host the underlying audiovisual content on our own servers. We respond promptly to valid DMCA notices and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material.

1. Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that content accessible through the StreamVault Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512(c). Your notice must include the following elements:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are at issue, a representative list.
  2. Identification of the infringing material (with enough detail for us to locate it — typically a specific channel name, stream URL, or program title).
  3. Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are (or are authorized to act on behalf of) the owner of the copyright.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Where to Send the Notice

You may also submit your notice via our contact form with "DMCA Notice" in the subject.

We will review your notice and, if it complies with the requirements above, take action as soon as practicable, typically within 24–72 hours.

3. Counter-Notification

If we remove or disable access to material in response to a DMCA notice, the affected user may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). A valid counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which StreamVault may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notification.

Send counter-notices to the same address listed above with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice".

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, StreamVault will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.

5. Misuse of This Process

Knowingly making a false claim of copyright infringement is a violation of federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1466A) and may subject you to liability for damages, including attorney's fees. We reserve the right to seek recovery of our costs from any party that submits a knowingly false notification or counter-notification.
